The First World War had ended, the time for reconstruction. A lot happening in arts and entertainment. Beautiful buildings arose in the Netherlands build in ‘Amsterdam School’ style. Flourishing Art Nouveau and Art Deco design movements, and in music and fashion dominates the Charleston style. Charleston was also a dance, the forerunner of the hi-hat and an Australian motorcycle brand!

The men were wearing a brown three-piece suit, white shirt and a trilby. The woman were finally liberated wearing a corset; allowed to wear anything comfortable and was good to dance in! Example: a black blouse with shiny sequins on a black skirt up to the knees. The hair is revolutionary short and she wore a white pearl necklace.
